The Cybertrons are an ancient faction from the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Cybertrons are a faction talked about in Transformer mythology.

Notes

• The Cybertron faction is only mentioned in the glossary of More than Meets the Eye #8, leaving virtually nothing known about it. However, chances are that Dreamwave intended the Cybertrons to be the ancestors of the Autobots. Two statues said to represent ancient Transformers were shown in "The Route of All Evil". These were designed after two Japanese characters: Dai Atlas, the Autobot leader from Zone, and Deathsaurus, the Decepticon leader from Victory. In Japan, the Autobots were called Cybertrons and the Decepticons Destrons. It'd be typical for Dreamwave to weave Japanese fiction through their Western fiction like that.
