David Manet (b. June 14, 1973) is a Belgian actor specialized in dubbing. He studied in the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. There, he won the 1st Prize for Dramatic Art and Declamation.
In dubbing, he is mostly known for being the French voice of the 9th and the 10th Doctor (Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant) in Doctor Who.
In animation, he's the regular voice of James from the Team Rocket in Pokémon since 1997 and Jerry Smith in Rick and Morty, but he also worked on numerous other titles including Beyblade, My Little Pony, Naruto, One Piece, Robot Chicken and Yu-Gi-Oh!.
