David Mendenhall (born in Oceanside, California on June 13, 1971) is a former child actor. In live-action, he has appeared on Taxi, Diff'rent Strokes, and The Forgotten. As a voice actor, he worked on the '80s Berensteinstain Bears cartoon, the Rainbow Brite movie, and Robo Force; he also portrayed a young version of Mainframe in the G.I. Joe cartoon.

In 1988, Mendenhall won two [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}8th Golden Raspberry Awards|{{#if:Golden Raspberry|Golden Raspberry|8th Golden Raspberry Awards}}]] awards, "Worst Supporting Actor" and "Worst New Star", for his appearance in the Sylvester Stallone professional arm-wrestling magnum opus [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Over the Top (1987_film)|{{#if:Over the Top|Over the Top|Over the Top (1987_film)}}]]. He probably leaves those off his resume.
