Dennis Marks (August 2, 1932 - January 10, 2006) was an American writer and magician. He also wrote episodes of Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Batman: The Animated Series, as well as the script for Jetsons: The Movie.

For a time, he was head of development at Marvel Productions, the animation sister company of Marvel Comics. According to ex-Marvel EIC Jim Shooter, Marks had a very low opinion of the comic company and vice versa; in one Comics/Productions joint meeting for the ultimately unmade Mysterians, he turned out to have ignored Shooter's story treatment for the property and came up with a completely separate one for the proposed show. He also briefly dabbled in voice acting, voicing The Green Goblin on Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends.

On January 10, 2006, Marks passed away due to complications involving pancreatic cancer.
