Disposalcon

This article is about a character or concept that lacks a name, but has an official term or designation.
For more information, see Help:Nameless.

Disposalcon is an AllSpark Mutation from the live-action film continuity family.
If ever there was a perfect opportunity to reuse the name Gnaw, this is it.

Disposalcon is an evil Appliancebot who can conceal himself in the form of a garbage disposal. He's homicidal pretty much from birth, made of blades, and that's about all we know.

Fiction

Revenge of the Fallen

[edit]

Disposalcon was brought to life when Sam Witwicky dropped a piece of the AllSpark. Along with his fellow Appliancebots, he tried to attack Sam but was blasted by Bumblebee for his troubles. Revenge of the Fallen

Disposalcon's involvement in the preceding events, or events mostly similar, were also chronicled in the novels "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" and "The Last Prime"; and the storybook "When Robots Attack!."

Notes

[edit]
I dare you to touch it
  • Disposalcon was never named in the film or ancillary media; the designation comes from concept art by the film's 3D modeler, Michael Meyers.<ref>Disposalcon concept art</ref>
  • An early concept drawing of Disposalcon was created by artist Paul Ozzimo. While it did not end up becoming the design the film used, it was used for the garbage disposal bot's design in the tie-in book When Robots Attack!.
  • In the game, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the transmitters found in chapter 1 bear a striking resemblance to this character.
  • The filmmakers stated in a commentary that they "cheated" on this one because he is never actually seen transforming.
