Doryu is a heroic Decepticon Dinocon from the Shattered Glass continuity family
"Open the door, get on the floor, everybody do the—"
"Yes yes, 'Dinosaur'. I haven't heard THAT one a million times already."

Doryu is a new saurian Decepticon.

Doryu and the Dinobots were created by Wheeljack, in response to a previous slight against the scientist by Optimus Prime. Wheeljack mobilized the Dinobots during a battle between the Autobots and Decepticons for the Arch-Ayr fuel dump.

While the beasts managed to scare the bejesus out of intimidate the combatants, their behavior left much to be desired: rather than follow Wheeljack's command and attack the Decepticons, the Dinobots started brawling among themselves and scattered. Eventually, he was among the eight Dinobots captured by the Decepticons, and would be given upgrades by Starscream to render him and the others more docile.

Later, Grimlock would secretly bring all the dinos to Omega Terminus, which granted Doryu an ember and the ability to transform. Dungeons & Dinobots When the Decepticons discovered the Dinocons' new abilities, they had Bombshell evaluate them. Do Over
