A droid-duck, if it would exist, is, presumably, a form of Cybertronic wildlife. Any relation to cyber-ducks and dynametal ducks is not addressed.

[edit]- Droid-ducks are mentioned in the version of Trailbreaker's bio included in the Revised Series Bible of the CBS pitch. For this document, writer Jeffrey Scott changed the text of the profile as it was originally written by Bob Budiansky (""Looks like some pigeonoids can't find their nest." That's how Trailbreaker describes a full-scale attack by a battalion of flying Decepticons."), replacing "pigeonoids" with a Cybertronic avian of his own creation ("Looks like droid-duck season has just opened." That's how Trailbreaker might describe an attack by a battalion of flying Decepticons.").
