An endoscopic claw is an invasive, double-sided torture device offering several different forms of unrelenting agony for its victim. Its usual application is through the mouth.

Stalker had a portable version of the claw that could be deployed from his wrist, used to drill openings for "mouth flowers" in prisoners at Grindcore. Speak, Memory: Part 1 Stalker utilized the larger lance-like endoscopic claw in his torture of Twin Twist, forcing the instrument into the Wrecker's mouth. The pain was intense enough that Twin Twist was begging the Decepticon to stop. Springer later used the torture device to kill Stalker by stabbing him through the face with it.
