Ferdinand "Ferd" Poblete (born December 10, 1967) is a Toronto-based artist. Though he took art in high school, he is largely self-taught<ref>Putting myself out there</ref> and has submitted work to professional publications since 2000. He was once a booth babe for BIC. <ref>First weekend as a Booth Bro!</ref> His influences include Stuart Immonen, Dean Yeagle, Adam Hughes, and Frank Cho. His current non-artist job is as the manager of a book store. <ref>Posers at the bookstore</ref>
