I have seen the movie and I have no idea what's going on in this image. --ItsWalky 00:50, 23 October 2009 (EDT)

All right, all right, I'll stop uploading images. I don't get what the hell the problem is, I've brightened the hell out of the picture on my end and I still don't get it. Never happened in any other uploads. -- SFH 00:56, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
Two words: motion blurr. ---Blackout- 01:39, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
Actually SFH's picture is one of those relatively clear frames that are just a bit too dark. Walky's replacement is blurry. As I suggested, SFH, you might want to up the gamma on your video playing software or the graphics driver, or choose a different colour profile for your playing software. I generally go with a "vibrant" one that over saturates the colour, because I think Bay would appreciate that and because it generally looks brighter. --FFN 07:33, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
That goes for almost every ROTF image I've seen so far! Bay movies do not lend themselves to easy screencapping. Good thing they made those incredibly complex robot computer models! -- Repowers 07:40, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
I'd like to see a movie that didn't add artificial blur. Would it really look that strange? Are we that used to the limitations of optical lenses? - Starfield 10:32, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
It would look very very fake. Everything real on the screen is going to be motion blurring except the computer-added elements? Yeah, that's not gonna work. --ItsWalky 11:04, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
Somebody cap using the bluray. Apparently the blur is less of a problem on that format. --FFN 16:24, 23 October 2009 (EDT)

Believe me, I have increased the hell out of the brightness on the screen, but for some reason it won't translate over to the captures, and I can't find a simple gamma increase on my computer. It's an old HP Compaq Presario, and I have no clue how to adjust the gamma on that. Any ideas on what to do? Help is appreciated. -- SFH 15:55, 23 October 2009 (EDT)

I hope you aren't talking about adjusting the brightness of the actual monitor, as it doesn't work that way. You need to adjust the gamma on whatever programme you are using to screen cap these, and possibly the graphics card driver if it allows that. I tend to find most DVD drives tend to come with a bundled copy of Power DVD. --FFN 16:28, 23 October 2009 (EDT)
