Gabriel Chávez (March 23, 1946 - ) is a Mexican voice actor. Among his more famous voice roles are Cobra Commander in the Sunbow Productions G. I. Joe cartoon, Montgomery Burns in the first 15 seasons of The Simpsons, and the third voice of The Cigarette Smoking Man in The X-Files.
