Gabriela Ugarte Fonseca (born February 14, 1984) is a Mexican voice actress. Her many other dubbing roles include Gwen from Ben 10, Fred in Angel, and Velma in the movies Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. Ugarte is the sister of Víctor Ugarte and Xóchitl Ugarte.
