Gai Brain Co., Ltd. (有限会社ガイブレイン), often written as Gaibrain, was a Japanese video game developer. The company was founded in 1992 by former members of game developer Santos, which had filed for bankruptcy the previous year. They primarily worked on porting various arcade games to home consoles and portables, such as the Game Boy and Mega Drive/Genesis ports of various Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters games, and the 2D version of Virtua Fighter 2. The company ultimately went out of business some time in the early 2000s.
