Gary Erskine (born October 23, 1968, in Paisley, Scotland) is a comic book artist and occasionally writer. He wanted to be a comic artist since he was a boy, and finally got his break working for Marvel UK during the late 80s. His Transformers covers for the original Marvel comic represent some of his earliest work. As well as comic work for most of the main publishers, Erskine has also done freelance work on character designs and storyboards for TV and movies. He has homes in Scotland and Germany, and divides his time between them, along with his wife Mhairi.
