The Hall of the Primes is a metaphysical realm that exists within the Matrix of Leadership.

[edit]After Optimus Prime replaced his missing arm with that of Megatron's, a sort of "infection" set in that began to corrupt the Matrix of Leadership within his chest. After being severely damaged, Optimus passed out and awoke in the Hall of Primes, identifying it through recognizing giant effigies of the Thirteen within the realm. Transformers #22 As he searched the Hall for answers, the infection manifested as purple tendrils that attacked Optimus. He soon encountered Sparky, who had been within the Hall since seemingly merging with the Matrix. The memories of both Optimus and Sparky began to mix as they attempted to escape the infection and figure out why they were there. They eventually found Spike's unconscious form being drawn into the Hall as well. Both Sparky and Optimus let go of their personal darkness and nihilism to save him, purging the infection from the realm. Sparky asked Optimus to watch over Spike in his absence, which the Autobot leader readily agreed to, and Optimus and Spike then reawakened in the physical plane. Transformers #23
