Herman's Military Surplus and Museum

A former military airbase, Herman's Military Surplus and Museum features a wide variety of classic aircraft and ground vehicles on display and a range of military memorabilia for purchase, all owned and maintained by its proprietor Herman. [edit]Kicked out of the Decepticons by Megatron, Swindle moved into Herman's museum while spying on the US military as they tested their B-2 stealth bomber at Sierra Station, and roped the human into his plot to steal the plane's undetectable stealth technology in the hopes of getting back into Megatron's good books, a plan that eventually grew to involve the other four Combaticons. While finalizing the details of his heist with Herman, Bumblebee and Mateo Cruz visited the base while searching for answers about a mysterious Jeep that had been terrorizing the roads. Although Herman tried to get Mateo to leave, the boy realized that Herman had access to classified details about the B-2 project; worrying that the Autobots had caught onto his scheme, Swindle abandoned the base while Bumblebee and his human friend gave chase.
Later on, Swindle captured Angela Cruz and took her back to the base with three of his fellow Combaticons to interrogate her about the stealth process. Angela proved resourceful, however, and was able to momentarily blind Swindle, and use the moment of confusion to escape, commandeer one of the decommissioned planes, and fly it to Sierra Station. Notes
[edit]- As Herman himself is named for the deranged gun nut of The Simpsons fame, the museum's name references Herman's store.
