Hidekatsu Shibata
Hidekatsu Shibata (柴田秀勝, Shibata Hidekatsu born March 25, 1937) is a veteran Japanese voice actor who still affiliated with Aoni Production. He is notable for the roles of Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi in Naruto, Führer King Bradley in the Fullmetal Alchemist series, Baron Ashura in Mazinger Z, Kenzo Kabuto and Emperor of Darkness in Great Mazinger, Monkey D. Dragon in One Piece, Igneel and the Narrator of Fairy Tail, and several Super Sentai villains, most predominantly Captain Zahab in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman.
In dubbing Shibata serves as the dub voice for Tom Selleck, other notable roles include "Bootstrap Bill" Turner in Pirates of the Caribbean, Brigadier General Francis X. "Frank" Hummel in The Rock, Clifford Worley in True Romance, Mr. K in Mutafukaz, Mr. Feng in The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature and The Shredder in the Fuji TV dub of the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film.
