Hirohiko Kakegawa (掛川裕彦 Kakekawa Hirohiko October 11, 1964) is a Japanese voice actor. He has provided voices for a multitude of animes, such as Kinnikuman and Turn A Gundam. Though he did had his fair share of roles such as Lionet Ban in Saint Seiya, Dilgear in The Slayers & the second voice of Dracule Mihawk in One Piece.
