Hiroya Ishimaru

Hiroya Ishimaru (石丸 博也, Ishimaru Hiroya) is a Japanese voice actor who was born on February 12, 1941 in Sendai, Miyagi as Shinji Ishide (石出 伸二, Ishide Shinji). Some of his most notable anime and Tokusatsu roles include Kōji Kabuto and Guiron throughout the Mazinger Z franchise, Ultraman Taro throughout the [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Ultra Series|{{#if:||Ultra Series}}]], Bagheera in The Jungle Book: The Adventures of Mowgli, and as Tatsuya Aoi in Godannar.

In the world of dubbing he has voiced Jackie Chan for many years and many films, Mayor Goldie Wilson in the Fuji TV dub of Back to the Future, Lionel Hutz and Barney Gumble on The Simpsons, Casey Jones in the Towa Video dub of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Scotty in Star Trek: The Animated Series, and Launchpad McQuack in DuckTales (A-Woo-Ooh!).
