Takehiko Itō (伊東岳彦 Itō Takehiko),<ref>The draft of [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Haō Taikei Ryū Knight|{{#if:||Haō Taikei Ryū Knight}}]] first issue from [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}V Jump|{{#if:||V Jump}}]].</ref> pen name Hiroyuki Hataike (幡池裕行 Hataike Hiroyuki), is a prolific Japanese comic artist and mechanical designer who has contributed to a variety of prominent sci-fi projects such as [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Gunbuster|{{#if:||Gunbuster}}]] and [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Patlabor: The Movie|{{#if:Patlabor|Patlabor|Patlabor: The Movie}}]], but is probably best known for his creator-owned work [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Outlaw Star|{{#if:||Outlaw Star}}]].
