Holger Schwiers (born April 13, 1947) is a German actor and voice actor born in Marburg, Germany. Some of his other dubbing roles include Beast in the 90s X-Men cartoon, Cobra Commander and Mainframe in G.I. Joe, various guest roles on Doctor Who, Star Trek and Stargate, and he often dubs for Ray Winstone.
