Holo-Brute

Holo-Brutes are energon clones of Zeta Prime, created by the defensive systems in the Iacon Vaults. Born from energon lightning, they are relatively weak, but their strength lies in their numbers. Their copies of Zeta Prime's staff serve as melee weapons, and release a crippling EMP when struck against the ground.

Transformers: War for Cybertron (Xbox 360/PS3/PC)

Zeta Prime summoned a large number of Holo-Brutes to destroy Megatron, Soundwave and Breakdown when they invaded the Vaults in an attempt to find the Omega Key. Soundwave found the energon composition of the clones fascinating while Megatron was merely amused by Zeta's attempts to delay them. The trio were able to overcome the Holo-Brutes and defeat Zeta. Note

• The term "Holo-Brute" comes from their designation in the Escalation gameplay mode, (and the fact that they are programmed to transform into a Zeta Prime colored version of the Brute’s truck mode).
