Holotrap

Holotraps are devices for capturing rogue holograms. They project a beam of energy upwards when in operation and store the hologram inside until it can be released back into the simulation it escaped from.

After accidentally letting a rabbit escape from Hero Hall, Hoist and Hot Shot used a holotrap to recapture it. Unfortunately during their absence, a herd of cows escaped from the sim, requiring them to use the holotrap to round them up before anyone else noticed. One of Our Dragons is Missing

Notes

• Holotraps may be an adaptation of the technology from Doc Greene's Spectral Vapor Filter, which turned out to be effective at trapping holograms.
• They're probably unrelated to ghost traps, however.
