Hotlink is a Decepticon Seeker from the novels portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Hotlink was an old Air Command mainstay and (along with Bitstream) was one of Starscream's go-to, trusted tech engineers in the early days of the war. His specialty was "mechatronic engineering" (whatever that means). He carries a toolkit with him.

On Trypticon Station, Starscream trusted the pair enough to leave Dark Energon to them while he dealt with more important things, and trusted Hotlink, in particular, enough to give him the task of hiding his communications with Optimus Prime from Megatron. As seekers they apparently survived when Megatron purged Trypticon Station's crew as a lesson to Starscream. He and Bitstream also assisted Starscream in activating the Geosynchronous Energon Bridge. Hotlink would subsequently leave Cybertron aboard the Nemesis, and was among the crewmembers captured by Quintesson forces when the ship came to the planet Aquatron. Found innocent of crimes against the Quintesson Imperium, Hotlink was fed to Piranhacons in the city of Hydratron's Hall of Justice. Retribution
