Hoverpicker

The hoverpicker is a robot built to pick fruit. Maybe it will win a medal for Priscilla Pynch in the invention competition.

The hoverpicker was sent out for a test run picking fruit, however a sharp impact caused it to malfunction and begin picking anything that looked vaguely like an apple. After a chase, it was caught in Blades's scoop claw, much to the consternation of its owner, who reclaimed it and carried it off. Priscilla entered it in the invention competition, only to lose to Frankie Greene's Sky Forest. Furious, she had the hoverpicker swipe Mayor Luskey's toupée. Following the opening of the Sky Forest, she took the hoverpicker with her to pick as many flowers as she could. Unfortunately the experimental rapid growth formula Luskey used caused the Sky Forest plants to become hostile, and Priscilla was menaced by a giant Venus flytrap. In a vain attempt to distract it, she threw the hoverpicker into its maw, and it crushed the robot like a tin can. Sky Forest
