Humberto Vélez (March 30, 1955 - ) is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director. He is most famous as the long-running voice of Homer Simpson and Winnie The Pooh, other notable roles of his include Lord Farqaaud in Shrek, Roz in Monsters Inc., Al Bundy on Married With Children, Gomez Addams in The Addams Family franchise, Tony Soprano on The Sopranos, The T-800 in Terminator 2; Judgement Day, Data in Star Trek franchise, Dr. Teeth in The Muppets franchise and being the dub voice for the likes of Al Pacino, Robin Williams, Danny Devito, Steve Buscemi, George Lopez, Jon Lovitz, Forrest Whitaker, Nathan Lane, Cheech Marin, John Lithgow, James Gandolfini and Larry Miller. He also periodically serves as dubbing director for shows he works on, such as The Simpsons and Lost Universe. Internationally he has since also become the English voice for Bumblebee Man on The Simpsons beginning in Season 37 including playing as himself in his debut episode.

He is married to fellow voice actress Cony Madera.
