Huxx witnessed Sunstreaker and Jazz make careless jokes after Thunderwing destroyed the Amprodome with a thermo-charge during a brutal siege by the Decepticons. The jokes helped the weary soldiers cope with the situation, but unfortunately the Amprodome was a museum cherished by the people of Yuss. The popular sentiment among the neutralists turned against the Autobots after that incident, leading to their siding with the Decepticons in hopes that the conflict would then move away from their town.

It didn't work. The neutralists became slaves of Megadeath for four million years. The Magnificent Six!
