• In Cyberverse, the team was only referred to as "Iacon City". Hopefully it is safe to assume based on Rescue Bots Academy that the team is also called the Wreckers in Cyberverse.
• They are named after the Wreckers, much like real-life sports teams are named after various things to intimidate opponents.
