Jūrōta Kosugi (小杉 十郎太 Kosugi Jūrōta born December 19, 1957) is a Japanese voice actor. Due to his deep voice, Kosugi has been casted as characters that are rough, imposing or just the stoic hero. A sample of his roles includes Arlong from One Piece, Soketsu from Yu Yu Hakusho, Jotaro Kujo from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVAs, J from BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo, Guido Anchovy from Samurai Pizza Cats, Asuma Sarutobi from Naruto, Akio Ohtori from Revolutionary Girl Utena, Mansom from Toriko, Mr. Legend from Tiger & Bunny, Joji Kaname in Samurai Flamenco, David in Blood+, and Nobunaga Oda from the Samurai Warriors video game series.

In the world of dubbing, he has done Fox Mulder from The X-Files, Carl from Ice Age, Tarzan in Disney's direct-to-video Tarzan & Jane and the first Kingdom Hearts game, Kevin Flynn in Tron, Carter Blake from Deep Blue Sea, King K. Rool in the Donkey Kong Country cartoon, Hap Eckhart from Insomnia, the Hulk from Ang Lee's Hulk movie, and the Daniel Craig and George Lazenby incarnations of James Bond in different films of the franchise.
