- The J.U.M.P. is type of jetpack from the Transformers vs. G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The J.U.M.P. (or Jet Unit: Mobile Propulsion pack) is a jetpack used by the G.I. Joe team.

[edit]J.U.M.P.s were used heavily by the Joe team in their assault on the Cobra base, Koh-Buru-Lah. Notably, Colonel "Tomahawk" Abernathy advised his team on their use; Bazooka and Stalker used them as weapons against Creeper vines; Snake Eyes used one to escape the clutches of Starscream and pursue Cobra Commander; and several members of the Joe team used them to escape a massive Creeper vine explosion.
