Jeff Richards is a background artist who worked on season 3 of The Transformers. He started out in the '70s, providing backgrounds for shows such as The Super Globetrotters, Super Friends, and Godzilla. He also worked on shows including Smurfs, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Dino-Riders, Denver, the Last Dinosaur, Animaniacs, and more recently has provided backgrounds for animated feature films. He is also a landscape painter whose work has been exhibited around California.
