The Jet Patrol is a team of Autobot Micromasters from the Zone portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Jet Patrol Team (ジェットパトロールチーム Jetto Patorōru Chīmu) take pride in being the only all-flier squad on planet Zone. Capable of maneuvers both in an atmosphere and in the void of space, the four are a team of cool characters always ready to show off their exceptional aerial maneuverability.

When Victory Saber initiated the "Zone Project", the Jet Patrol helped rebuild planet Micro into planet Zone. To counter this threat, Violengiguar began conquering planets in order to create his own Decepticon Zone. The Race Car Patrol and all other Micromaster teams were then sent on patrol across the galaxy, specifically to planets where their unique skills could do the most good. Zone Part 1

When King Poseidon and Trypticon attacked the aquatic planet of Wall, the Jet Patrol team were deployed to defend it. With the aid of Commanders Overload, Erector, Missile Bull, and Skywave, they emerged triumphant. Zone Part 3

Later, the Nine Great Demon Generals attack planet Zone and make off with the Energon Z. The Super Car Patrol Team and the Battle Patrol Team give chase, but are caught in an energy net by BlackZarak. The Jet Patrol then arrive and free their comrades from the net. When the Powered Masters flew off to the Tenth Planet for their showdown with Violengiguar, all the Micromaster teams took command of Zone and vowed to keep it safe in their Commander's absence. Zone Part 10

Released in the Zone portion of Takara's Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers toyline, this set is physically identical to the Hasbro-released Decepticon Air Strike Patrol, a team of four Micromaster aircraft.
They were only available as a complete boxed set of Nightflight the gray Tomcat, Star Cloud the purple Dassault Rafale, Whisper the black Advanced Tactical Fighter, and Windrim the blue A-10 bomber.
