Jim Byrnes (born September 22, 1948), also credited as Jim Byrne and James Thomas Byrnes, is an American/Canadian screen actor, voice actor and accomplished blues musician. On screen, he's best recognized for having played Joe Dawson in the Highlander: The Series and its subsequent films.
In terms of voice acting, Byrnes has played Dr. Light in both the Ruby-Spears Mega Man series and the Mega Man: Upon a Star OVAs, the Grand Vizier in War Planets, and Nick Fury in X-Men: Evolution.
