James Kevin "Jim" Ward (May 19, 1959December 10, 2025) was an American voice actor and radio personality who was best known for playing roles such as Diamondhead, Wildvine, XLR8 and others on Ben 10 and Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens, Chet Ubetcha and Doug Dimmadome on The Fairly OddParents, Baron Strucker and Henry Peter Gyrich on Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Gandalf the Grey in The Hobbit video game, Angus on The Secret Files of the Spy Dogs, Herr Kleiser on Ultimate Avengers, Colossus and Guardian in X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse, Captain Qwark in the Ratchet & Clank series, Hector LeMans in Grim Fandango, Wilhelm Voigt in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and Professor Charles Xavier and the Sentinels on Wolverine and the X-Men (the latter of which he reprised in Marvel vs. Capcom 3).

Aside from voice acting, he co-hosted The Stephanie Miller Show, a nationally syndicated liberal radio talk show which featured a number of his impersonations of political figures and other celebrities and newsmakers.

In 2021, Ward was forced to retire from voice acting due to ongoing struggles with Alzheimer's and COVID-19. Ward later passed away in 2025.
