Joachim Kaps
Joachim Kaps (November 3, 1952 - ) is a German actor and voice actor. In addition to appearing in such German productions as the long-running Castle Einstein, he has been involved in the dubs of numerous foreign works such as Winnie The Pooh (in which he played Tigger). He also translated the first five volumes of the 3 * 3 Eyes manga into German (translating from the English translation rather than the original Japanese).
