Joshua Seth (born Joshua Seth Freeman on December 2, 1970) is a former American voice actor and hypnotist. Among his better-known roles are Cyborg 009/Joe Shimamura on Cyborg 009, Taichi "Tai" Kamiya on Digimon, and Tetsuo in the 2001 dub of Akira. He largely retired from voice acting in 2006, but continues to reprise Tai for newer Digimon productions.
He also spent many years doing hypnosis and stage comedy, and is currently a motivational speaker.
