Ju-chang Lee (이주창 I Ju-chang) (born January 15, 1969) is a South Korean voice actor. Among his non-Transformers roles are Chang Wufei from Mobile Suit: Gundam Wing, Irvine from Zoids, Tienshinhan from Dragon Ball Z, and Franky from One Piece.
