Julien Allouf is a French actor and photographer.
He started very young by playing in several TV series and by voicing in TV advertisments. Then he started theater and is nowadays very active in it, but also in radio and dubbing, being one of the French voices of Ryan Hansen, Charlie Hunnam and Avan Jogia.
He dubbed Ignis Scientia in Final Fantasy XV and Raphael in the modern Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films.
