Katsumi Chō (長 克巳 Chō Katsumi, born August 11, 1951) is a Japanese voice actor known for playing The Steward in Gilgamesh, Grey Fly in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Doctor Wily in MegaMan NT Warrior, Kimahri in Final Fantasy X and Heidegger in the Final Fantasy VII Remake. He has also appeared in a few television dramas, mostly as a young man in the 70's.

In the world of dubbing, Chō has also voiced Adam Fenix in Gears of War 3, Spottswoode in Team America: World Police, Kanjar Ro in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Secretary Mateo Suarez in The Suicide Squad, Magneto in of X-Men: Days of Future's Past - Rogue Cut, Uncle Ben Parker in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in The Boondocks.
