Kazuhiko Inoue (井上 和彦 Inoue Kazuhiko, born March 26, 1954) is a Japanese voice actor. Many of his anime credits include Rom Stol in Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos, Akio Nitta in Touch, Kakashi Hatake in Naruto, Kars in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Gildarts Clive in Fairy Tail, Shioji Gojo in Excel Saga, Mamoru Kusanagi in Blue Seed, Jerrid Messa in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, Hatori Sohma in Fruits Basket, Eiri Yuki in Gravitation, Aion in Chrono Crusade, Nyanko-sensei/Madara in Natsume Yūjin Chō, Professor Elm in Pokémon & Akira/Keith Kogane in Voltron/Go-Lion.

In the realm of dubbing, he's even known for voicing Prince Eric in Disney's The Little Mermaid series, Cornelius Robinson in Meet the Robinsons, Party Pat in Adventure Time, Dean McCoppin in The Iron Giant The Watcher and Kaecilius in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Charlie Harper in Two and a Half Men. Inoue also serves as the official dub voice of Mads Mikkelsen and is one of the voices of Aaron Eckhart, Andy Lau, Adrien Brody, Keifer Sutherland, James Spader, Judge Reinhold, John Travolta, Tom Hanks, Benjamin Bratt, Michael Keaton, Matthew Fox and Russell Crowe.
