Keiji Hirai (平井 啓二 Hirai Keiji) is a Japanese voice actor born February 15, 1979 in Tokyo. He is employed by the talent agency Aoni Production, and has played various minor roles in shows like Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and the 2007 incarnation of Gegege no Kitarō. He also narrates documentaries and dubs incidental characters in live-action shows such as CSI Miami and The Sopranos.
