Kita is an alien from the 2005 IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Cute. Purple. Doomed.

Kita is a young woman of an unnamed Transformer-sized alien species from Мир, who have not yet reached the stars. She and her little brother Coll live the simple life on a farm in the middle of nowhere, having lost their parents to an unspecified disease.

Like the rest of her race, Kita is peaceful to the point of naïveté, believing that anyone who hurts other people is evil, no matter what their reasons are.

One day, Kita and Coll stumbled upon a stranger near their farm, who introduced himself as an Autobot named Cliffjumper. Much more curious than scared, Kita peppered the alien with questions before inviting him back to her farm, where Cliffjumper explained that he was hiding on their planet as bad people were looking for him. In accordance with her race's philosophy, Kita figured that if Cliffjumper was a good guy, then he would naturally never ever hurt anyone. This was met with awkward silence from Cliffjumper's side.

Much to Kita's joy, Cliffjumper decided to live with her and help out at the farm during his time in hiding. As time went by, she grew attached to him, wishing that he wouldn't have to leave someday. However, one day, the "bad people" in search of Cliffjumper arrived at the farm, where they threatened Coll. Kita ran to her brother's rescue, only to be captured herself and used as a hostage to lure Cliffjumper out. She pleaded that the Autobot was a peaceful person who only wanted to find his friends, but the Decepticons corrected her: Cliffjumper was a cold-blooded assassin who had killed just as many people as they had. Cliffjumper admitted that they were telling the truth, shocking Kita and bringing her to tears.

Unfortunately, the Decepticons never had any intention to let their hostage go — shortly after Cliffjumper showed up, they shot the despairing Kita in the back and tossed a grenade at her and Coll. Cliffjumper saved the siblings from the explosion and carried them to safety, but it was not enough to save Kita, who soon died from her injuries. After avenging her death, Cliffjumper buried Kita next to her parents and arranged for a pair of locals to take over her farm and adopt Coll. Spotlight: Cliffjumper
