LaMonica Garrett (born May 23, 1975) is an American actor and former professional Slamball player. He is well-known on television for his roles as Deputy Sheriff Cane on Sons of Anarchy, Mike Ritter on Designated Survivor, Lt. Burk on the Michael Bay-produced The Last Ship, Com. Bill Cox on The Terminal List, and a main cast member on the Paramount+ original shows, 1883 and Special Ops: Lioness. Garrett is perhaps known to comic book fans as the Monitor Mar-Novu and his doppelgänger, the Anti-Monitor in the CW's live-action DC Comics-related shows.
