Len Wein
Leonard Norman "Len" Wein (June 12, 1948 – September 10, 2017) was an American writer for comic books and television animation. He was perhaps best known for co-creating Amanda Waller, Lucius Fox, Mongul, Human Target, Arisia Rrab, and Swamp Thing for DC Comics, and for writing Giant-Size X-Men #1 for Marvel Comics — in which he co-created some of the X-Men's most popular characters, including Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Thunderbird and Wolverine. Other co-creations he provided for Marvel outside of X-Men include Stegron, Mockingbird, Rocket Racer and the remaining three members of the Wrecking Crew.
Outside of writing comics, Wein had written for episodes of animated cartoons such as Exosquad, ReBoot, Ben 10, Mummies Alive!, Robocop, Godzilla, Kappa Mikey, Action Man, Gargoyles, Kong and Phantom 2040.
