Lobotomaxx is a Lunartix from the G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

A deadly, dim-witted bounty hunter, Lobotomaxx is nobody's friend—especially not Predacon's, 'cause he cut off part of Lobotomaxx's brain. He's still kinda sore about that.
