Luca Semeraro is an Italian voice actor. He voiced Leonardo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 series, The Next Mutation and 2003 series), Ernie in Power Rangers, the titular character of Silver Surfer, Cyclops in the 90's X-Men cartoon, Bluster Kong in Donkey Kong Country and Joe the Condor in Gatchaman, among others.
