Luiz Laffey

Luiz Laffey (born October 16, 1967) is a Brazilian voice actor. He is known for being the voice of Cuba Gooding Jr., Gene in the Wreck-it Ralph doulogy, Ian Hawke in Alvin and the Chimpmunks quadrilogy, Bubbles in The Spongebob Movie: A Sponge out of Water, Jerry in Totally Spies, Tulio Triviño in 31 Minutes and Jason Todd/Arkham Knight/Red Hood in Batman Arkham Knight.
