If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Masterforce War

The Masterforce War (マスターフォース戦争 Masterforce Sensō),<ref>"Clash!! Two Great Heroes"</ref> also known as the Devil War (デビルウォー),<ref>"LG42 Godbomber"</ref> is the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons focusing on the Godmasters and Devil Z's attempts at harnessing their power to conquer the universe. The war spans a period between the re-awakening of the Decepticon Pretenders and the defeat of Devil Z.

Notes

The year of the Masterforce War was never established in contemporary media, only known to be after The Headmasters in 2011 and before Victory in 2025. Decades after the fact, a Generations Selects comic story by continuity aficionado Hayato Sakamoto laid down that the Masterforce anime took place in 2020.
The Victory manga (set in 2025 in a splinter continuity) also seems to favor a later date; when several humans from the Masterforce series join the Victory cast they are still roughly the same age they had been when last seen in Masterforce.
