Matt Hill (born January 19, 1968) is a Canadian voice actor. Among his more notable roles are Kira Yamato in the Ocean dub of Gundam: SEED, Finn on Storm Hawks, Ed on Ed, Edd n Eddy, Raphael on Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, Soarin on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Bass.EXE and SpoutMan.EXE in Mega Man NT Warrior, Ryo Sanada on Ronin Warriors, Bankotsu on InuYasha, Artha Penn on Dragon Booster and the eponymous hero of Captain N: The Game Master. In 2013, he moved from Canada to Los Angeles, though he still works on Canadian union voice-over projects.
In live-action, Hill has had roles on tv shows such as The X-Files and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show and in films such as Shanghai Noon, amusingly he also played the suit actor for Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III prior to voicing him and he appeared alongside Corey Feldman in Tales from the Crypt: Bordello of Blood, getting brutally eaten alive by vampire prostitutes. Hill is also an Ironman triathlete, which is perhaps a slightly more notable accomplishment than appearing in a horror movie opposite Corey Feldman.
