The matter duplicator was built to duplicate matter, presumably by Wheeljack, but it didn't work... it never worked, until Perceptor came through with the ol' [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}kick|{{#if:Fonzarelli fix|Fonzarelli fix|kick}}]].
